Trevor

Trevor began his culinary career at Marché—watching the action from the dishwashing station, he found a love for food. Inspired by great ingredients and French technique, he has steadily expanded his skills and leadership in the kitchen, and was tapped to be the Chef de Cuisine in 2018. He is continually amazed by the bountiful Willamette Valley produce, and motivated to learn more, especially from the family of people at Marché—from the customers to the management and everyone in between.
