From our sweet little Magpie Coffeeshop to our bustling Provisions Market Hall, there are a range of possibilities. The ideal candidate is a barista hybrid–who can pull a perfect shot and isn’t scared to spread avo on toast, build a salad or help a guest with an outlandish request. Café managers at our company are hands-on, running service and acting as a resource for coworkers and guests.
-guiding daily service with an emphasis on customer service and company standards
-cash handling and POS logistics, financial performance
-managing schedules, breaks and labor cost
-training new people on customer service, product and systems
-being a resource for staff. A kind, knowledgeable, firm-but-approachable, optimistic, problem-solving, professional resource.
-maintaining a professional, appropriate workplace that is welcoming and respectful.
Minimum of 1 year barista experience
Minimum of 1 year management experience
Ability to obtain Oregon Food Handlers and OLCC
Positive attitude and an open mind.
Basic knowledge of pastry and wine knowledge a plus!
