We’re looking for experienced bakers to join our early morning crew–if you have fine pastry production, we want to meet you. Shift starts early with generous compensation. Weekends are a must.

Two years prior baking experience in a fast paced bakeshop is preferred. This is a production position that requires speed, attention to time and detail and a respect for artisan style products.

In pastry, main responsibilities include making classic French-inspired desserts for the restaurant and the Provisions pastry case, plus desserts for catering, cookies, sweet platters, morning pastry, and more.

Cross-training opportunities abound as we build our team, so if you have experience in one area and would like to expand your skills, come see what a range of products we produce every day. From fine pastry for the nationally celebrated Marché to slow-ferment artisan breads, with morning pastry, lamination, catering production and everything in between, we do a lot and offer tons of growth potential.
