Dominic

With a background in Chemistry and an early life spent on a stonefruit farm, Dominic brings a unique perspective to his role as Pastry Chef for both Marché and Provisions. He is passionate about great food, thoughtful about the details and has the mix of art and science in his approach that shows on every plate. He has served as the leader in both the fine pastry and bread departments both here and at King Estate Winery, and took on the role of Pastry Chef for the Marché Restaurant Group in 2022.
