We make slow-ferment artisan bread and pastry for wholesale, retail, catering and restaurant customers with attention to detail, season and sustainable practices. Our repertoire is inspired by French tradition and our bakeshop is busy and diverse–if you have a great attitude, love to learn and have bread baking interest (and even experience!) we want to meet you
