Executive Chef Jeff Sirianni has been part of Marché since the very beginning. After opening the restaurant with us in 1998 and rising to fulfill the Chef de Cuisine role until 2007, Jeff went to explore the mountains and possibilities in the American West. He embedded in the French brigades of elegant ski town hotels and bustling kitchens of urban taverns of Portland, before returning to Eugene and taking the helm at Marché again in 2023. His deep knowledge of Marché’s ethos combined with the technique and experiences that he learned elsewhere have combined to produce a fresh, refined approach to the simplicity and seasonality that drives Marché each day.
