Zac has had a lifelong passion for cooking—solidified by his time at culinary school. Whether he’s working with Japanese flavors and techniques or the traditions of France and the Northwest, his love for the ingredients and attention to seasonality and creativity shows through with every plate. “Food is such an expansive subject, and there’s always more to learn,” he says. “I take pride in being able to wow people, both with amazing farm to table ingredients and the creativity that’s supported here at Marché.”
