We’re looking for an experienced baker to join our crew–if you have fine pastry, production and/or bread baking experience, we want to meet you. This position is full time, Thursday-Monday mornings, starting at 4am.
Two years prior baking experience in a fast paced bakeshop is preferred. This is a production position that requires speed, attention to time and detail and a respect for artisan style products.
In pastry, main responsibilities include making classic French-inspired desserts for the restaurant and the Provisions pastry case, plus desserts for catering, cookies, sweet platters, morning pastry, bread and more.
