We’re looking for hardworking and energetic baristas with strong coffee knowledge and a passion for food to join our small team. Evening and weekend availability a must! This crew is responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages, preparing our food menu and welcoming guests with good cheer and true hospitality.

The ideal candidate is a barista hybrid–who isn’t scared to spread avo on toast or build a big salad–they’re fun, friendly, customer-focused and hardworking, with an eagerness to learn and grow with the Marché family!

Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year barista experience
Fast paced or counter service experience
Basic prep and assembly skills
Ability to obtain Oregon Food Handlers and OLCC
Positive attitude and an open mind.
Basic knowledge of pastry and wine knowledge a plus!
